Every blue ribbon, every hand-stitched quilt, every jar of homemade jam, every floral arrangement that stops you in your tracks… it all starts with someone behind the scenes who simply said, “I’ll help.”
The barns at the NCW Fair don’t fill themselves with magic. They are brought to life by volunteers who care deeply about preserving the heart of the county fair tradition — the creativity, the craftsmanship, and the pride of our community.
Right now, we are looking for two very special people to step into meaningful roles:
🌸 Floral Superintendent
🧵 Arts & Crafts Superintendent
These aren’t just volunteer spots. These are legacy roles. These are the people who help showcase the talent of our neighbors, our kids, our grandparents… the ones who make sure those barns feel like home when fair week arrives.
If you love the smell of fresh flowers, the sight of handmade treasures, and the feeling of watching fairgoers admire the work of local hands and hearts — this is your moment to be part of something bigger.
