What is Passport to the Arts? 🌍🎨
It’s a one-day adventure where creativity meets culture, right inside the The Goss Opera House.
On Wednesday, June 24 from 1:00–5:00 PM, students entering Kindergarten through 6th grade will “travel the world” through hands-on art, crafts, dancing, and even food tastings inspired by global traditions. It’s all about sparking curiosity, creativity, and a love for the arts in a fun, interactive way.
Snacks, water, and all materials are provided, and thanks to the Watertown Area Community Foundation, this experience is completely free.
Let’s stamp those passports and celebrate the arts together. ✨

Looking for a hidden gem in Watertown? 👀

Tucked inside the Goss Opera House right next to the Mavericks entrance, you’ll find Art Alley, a mini art museum featuring one artist at a time and spotlighting their unique work and creativity. From photography to paintings and everything in between, you never know what you might discover when you walk through the doors.

We’re always taking names and recommendations for future featured artists, so if there’s someone you’d love to see showcased, let us know!

Next time you’re downtown, stop in, explore, and see what hidden inspiration you can find right here in Watertown.

Art has a home at the Goss. 🎨✨

Our Art Alley is looking for artists who want to share their work, tell their story, and be a part of the creativity growing inside the The Goss Opera House. From photography and painting to mixed media and beyond, we want to see what local and regional artists are creating.

The Goss is excited to welcome Aaron Patton to the Goss with his project, The Americans by Aaron Patton. He will be at the Goss Opera House on May 14 from 4-7pm, photographing for this series documenting Americans and the jobs/roles they have.
It's a nonprofit project - there is no cost to be involved - and it is open to anyone who would like to come and be a part.
