WOW!!! Vendor registration has only been open a WEEK and we have 90 vendors registered! If you would like to be a vendor at this year's PumpkinFest, we suggest you get your form in quickly!! At this rate, we will sell out of spaces in no time!

2026 Vendor Registration will open next Monday - April 27th!! Past vendors will get an email with this year's form, so keep a look out in your inbox! The Registration form will also be available on our website at

Spaces are filled on a first come, first serve basis so get your registration form in to Waterloo City Hall quickly if you want a specific spot. Form AND PAYMENT are required for your registration to be considered complete.

Congratulations to this year's winner of the PumpkinFest 50/50 - Brian Hart! Porta Westfalica-Waterloo "Portaloo" Sister Cities / Partnerschaft was this year's benefactor. The total collected came to $1,387.00, so they each received $693.50!! Thank you to everyone who bought tickets!

Join us downtown for the 2025 Waterloo, IL PumpkinFest from 9am to 4pm.
Sign up for contests at the Registration Table at Main and Third Street (by the bandstand)!
Don't forget your 50/50 tickets, too!! We will have a big winner at 3:30pm today!
