11th annual Stephen Breese coed tournament will be July 25th, 26th, and 27th
Home run derby will start on Friday July 25th 5-6pm and finish up on Saturday
Tournament rules and info
-$250 per team entry fee
-Double Elimination
-The entry fee will include up to 12 team jerseys, any additional jerseys will be $10
-First game at 8:00am on all fields
-7 Inning Games, we will add a 1 hour time limit if needed
-6-10 ft Arch
- We are using mats this year
-52 .300 Ball
-1&1 count
-No fouls after 2 strikes
-Commit line between 3rd and home, force play.
- Sliding is permitted at home to avoid contact.
-Runner has the mat catcher has the plate.
-Mercy rule - 15 runs after 4 & 10 after 5
-Women can swing anything. And only wooden bats for men
-6 men/4 women on field at all times. [at least 4 women]
-Walk a man and the next woman to bat gets free base will not be an option this year.
No attentional walking players, umpires discretion.
Swing the bat, it's a fun tournament
-2 courtesy runners per inning (1 man/1 woman)
-A runner out of the box will be permitted in the case of an injury(umpires discretion)
-Courtesy step allowed
-No play at 1st base from outfield
-ASA sanction, all players must sign a form for insurance.
-Concessions (pop, water, food) will be sold.
Beer will not be sold. BYOB,
50/50 raffle, Chinese auction, basket raffles,
home run derbies, and ducky races.
-1st Place gets trophy
-2nd Place gets trophy
-3rd Place gets trophy
-4th Place gets a plaque
