USA FIT DC DC Fit is a marathon and half-marathon training program devoted to getting you in the best shape of your life in a non-intimidating and fun environment.

Believe it or not, we're just like you. We each decided one day that we would like to get into better shape, to make new friends, or maybe, just maybe, to run or walk a Marathon! But regardless of the specifics, we all share one common goal - to have more fun. Join us as we enter our next season of marathon training. k of life. Many have developed and continue friendships well after the marathon and others have conquered their goals only to move on to run more races, marathons, and triathlons. The common thread between most everyone has been a positive experience in stepping out of our comfort zones and discovering the ability that we each have to challenge ourselves beyond our expectations. All with the goal of running or walking a half or whole marathon. Our goal is to educate and inspire each member through informational seminars. Safety education and motivation are the three key elements that enable our members to reach their goal and DC Fit provides these elements in a fun, well-organized atmosphere. Week 14 - 8 miles. We are ramping up our half marathon training. We are a little past the half way mark. We will start our long run @ 6:00 am, Saturday, 8/10/19. Bright and early. All abilities and levels are welcome. With our method anyone can walk a half marathon. We will also train you for a 5K, 10K or 10 miler. Registration is still open. It’s not to late to join us.
