Chef CHEF HONCHO 🏆🇬🇾 s a professional chef, caterer, and hospitality entrepreneur known for creating elevated dining experiences that center culture, community, and connection.

She is the founder of The Honcho Club, a private supper club and events space offering full-service event production. We are excited to announce that Sakari Smithwick will be a featured chef at the Creole Food Festival at Brooklyn Bridge Park with Time Out Market New York on October 3rd.

Chef and Author Sakari Smithwick has showcased his talents in some of the world's finest restaurants including Marea, Eleven Madison Park, and FlyFish Club as well as appearing on Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen and Chopped on the Food Network.

His debut book “Savor Your Journey: Three Simple Steps to Find your Secret Sauce in life,”is not only a memoir and cookbook, but an entrepreneurial guide on building legacy while showcasing testimonies from some of the World's Greatest culinary minds through one-on-one interviews.

We are excired to announce Adonis Cockfield will be a featured chef at the Creole Food Festival under the Brooklyn bridge with Time Out Market New York Adonis is the Executive Chef and Co-Owner of The Gentleman’s Kitchen one of Brooklyn's newest upscale dining destinations located in the heart of Flatbush.
