How does restoration relate to wellness? 🤔 The definition of restoration is the action of returning something to its former condition. We believe that a major part of wellness is being able to restore the body to its original condition.🧘🏽‍♀️ Doing this allows the mind and body to recharge. After a year of stress and hard work your mind and body deserve a recharge, the 2022 Lab and Love festival is the perfect place for restoration. This year restoration is one of our main priorities.
