What an impactful evening this was!✨🫶🏼

On Wednesday, we went to an advanced screening of the film, SOBER at the Milken Center. We absolutely loved the film, especially the way it highlights recovery as something active and deeply connected to community. embodies that by providing opportunities for people in recovery from substance use disorder to come together through fitness and outdoor activities. The film also reminded us of why we started MDF, to create spaces where everyone feels welcome.

Dear Friends & Mindful Drinkers,

So many of you have been asking about Mindful Drinking Fest 2026, and we’re excited to share an update on what’s ahead. 💚

While we’re so looking forward to hosting the next Fest, we’ve decided that January is simply too busy and too cold! After last year’s full-on blizzard (and yes, experiencing snow for the first time ❄️ and throwing a snowball at 😂), we realized MDF deserves sunnier skies.

And yet, 1,200 of you showed up!!!
You embraced the weather, participated in incredible wellness, art, and beverage activations, and truly made it a day to remember. We’re still blown away.

So this year, we’re moving MDF to the warmer months later in the year, when we can fully bring the festival experience to life — outdoors, joyful, and full of sunshine. ☀️

We’re also working on some big new partnerships that we can’t wait to share with you soon.
In the meantime, we’ll continue hosting events throughout the year and growing this community of mindful drinkers together. We will help to highlight some of the other incredible events that will be happening in January and beyond. To stay in the loop, sign up for updates at mindfuldrinkingfest.com.
