Capital Cats TICA Annual 2020

Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond our control related to the covid-19 pandemic, the 2020 DC Annual hosted by Capital Cats has been cancelled.

At this time, the DC government does not foresee transitioning to Phase 3 which would have allowed the event to occur.

If you have made a room reservation with the Marriott please be sure to cancel with the hotel.

All entry fees paid will be refunded. We expect the refunds to go out within the next week. You will receive notice from the club when the refund has been processed. Any sponsorships will also be refunded.

If you would like to make a small contribution to help cover some items that have already been purchased, we would really appreciate your support. If you are interested in making a donation please contact Lisa Dickie @ [email protected].

We still have wonderful annual tote bags that are available for sale they’re now a collectors item! The images and description are on the website.

We are all experiencing an unprecedented time in our lives as we face uncertainty in the next several months due to the pandemic outbreak.

As of today, there are no plans to cancel the 2020 TICA Annual Show to be held Sep 5-6 in Washington DC.

The 2020 TICA Annual is fast approaching and we need your support!

We are excited to announce the launch of our wonderful canvas tote bags with the Capital Cats annual logo which will help support our fund raising efforts for the event. The details are available at www.tica2020.org/merch.htm

The bags will be available at the upcoming shows- United Cat Club in Chantilly, VA, March 20-22 and Tabby Tales, Morgantown, PA March 28-29. Future shows will be announced later.

The TICA 2020 Annual is being hosted by Capital Cats in Washington DC this year. We look forward to welcoming you and hope to make this an unforgettable event.

Thank you all for your patience! We are excited to launch the 2020 TICA Annual website hosted by Capital Cats being held in Washington DC at the Marriott Wardman Park hotel.

A big thank you to our web designer Cheryl Chamberlin.

The hotel is located within walking distance of the Smithsonian zoo and has a metro station that will take you to many of the major sights around DC.

The show team is working hard to make this TICA’s premier event and looking forward to recognizing our wonderful cats at the awards banquet.

For those of you who have never been to the nation’s capital, there are lots of things to see and do, most museums are free of charge.

The banquet info will be updated shortly so please continue to monitor the site.

Our wonderful entry clerks Toni Jones and Vicki Jo Harrison will be posting shortly to start taking your entries.
