We are soul excited to introduce our sound healing facilitator, Hamilton Garces for our Earth Day dance celebration m this Saturday April 18!

Step into the wild with Hamilton’s immersive jungle-inspired sound healing journey. Through drums, sound bowls, flutes, vocals, and even animal calls, you’ll be transported deep into the jungle—awakening your senses and reconnecting with your untamed spirit. 🌿 🐆🦜

Hamilton will also be vending art, jewelry and traditional wares from women artisans in South America with his project ! Pacha Nova Arts is a project to support families and women, and the shipibo conibo as the wisdom keepers of the forest. Since 2018, Pacha Nova Arts has been connecting the wisdom keepers and women who make this beautiful art to the world to share their gifts. Check out in the chill out room throughout the dance ✨

We’re soul excited to introduce our Embodiment Facilitator, Tara, for our Earth Day ecstatic dance this Saturday April 18! 🌎🍃

Tara is passionate about moving through the body and listening closely to its wisdom, guiding others into deeper connection with themselves through raw, natural movement. Inspired by elements of nature, her workshop will focus on water; its fluidity, softness, and power, inviting participants to drop in, tune into sensation, and explore what it feels like to let the body move as it naturally wants to. 💧🌊

Tara is an embodiment and dance guide with professional training in a variety of dance styles and a background in performance, now devoted to using movement as a tool for healing, expression, and reconnection. Weaving somatics into dance in playful and intuitive ways, she invites people to move beyond performance and into feeling and presence, allowing the body to lead the movement, rather than the mind trying to control it. Through workshops, 1:1 sessions, and retreats, her vision is to share dance a a powerful healing modality.

After the magic portal of Interfusion Festival earlier this month, we’re creating space to slow down, integrate, and gently arrive into the New Year together. That’s why this month we’re gathering on the ✨4th Saturday ✨ giving our community an extra week to decompress, land back in their bodies, and enter 2026 with intention.

Join us for a nourishing, heart-opening afternoon of movement, music, and connection at our beautiful home inside the Unitarian Universalist Church of Arlington. All ages, backgrounds, and emotional states are welcome here.
