📣 CALLING ALL GROUND VENDORS!

Do you have a local business, handmade crafts, or unique products to share? The Richmond County Fair is looking for non-food vendors to join us this summer in Warsaw, VA!

When: July 14th – 18th, 2026

Where: Richmond County Fairgrounds, 315 community park Dr Warsaw Va

The Deal: $200 for the entire duration of the fair.

The Space: 15’ x 12’ vendor spots (includes 2 vendor passes).

Requirement: All vendors must provide insurance.

How to Apply:
Visit RichmondCountyFair.com.

Click the "All Form" button.

Select the "2026 Non Food Vendor Agreement."

Mail your completed form and payment to P.O. Box 158, Warsaw, VA 22572
