Get ready to rev up those engines and deck out those trunks because entry forms for our upcoming Trunk or Treat are officially LIVE! 🚗👻🍬

We are looking for amazing groups, families, clubs, and local businesses to host a trunk and make this an unforgettable experience for the community. Whether you want to go spooky, funny, or wonderfully creative, we want you there!

PLEASE HELP !!

Abram is a scout with Troop 333 and is working on his EAGLE SCOUT project. He is looking for local businesses to support his project. Abram will be building benches to be placed at the Richmond County Fair grounds. A $100.00 donation from your business will get your name engraved on the benches for everyone to see at the fair for many years.

We are absolutely thrilled to be collaborating with the Warsaw Richmond County Main Street Program to bring this amazing event to the Fairgrounds.

The Warsaw Richmond County Main Street Program and the Fairgrounds are excited to present a safe, fun, and family-friendly Halloween for everyone.

This event is FREE and open to everyone! We can't wait to see all the creative costumes and trunks.

📢 Help Us, Help Others! Join Us for the 2026 Operation Inasmuch Food Drive & Donation Yard Sale!

We are so proud to support the 2026 Annual Community Food Drive benefiting the Healthy Harvest Food Bank and the Inasmuch United Northern Neck 17th annual mobilization day!

Cleaning out your closets or getting ready for a yard sale? Don't throw it away—consider donating those items so others less fortunate can benefit!

📍 Where:Richmond County Fairgrounds - Exhibit Building (315 Community Park Dr, Warsaw, VA)

🗓️ Donation Drop-Off: Wednesday, Sept. 16 through Saturday morning, Sept. 19

🛍️ Event Day:Saturday, September 19, 2026 (8:00 AM – 3:00 PM) (Note: No yard sale, thrift store, or flea market vendors until 2:00 PM)

How You Can Help:

Food Donations:We are collecting non-perishable food items (like mac-n-cheese, canned meats, peanut butter, cereal, and canned fruits/veggies) as well as hygiene and paper products. (Please, no glass containers!)

What if YOU could help decide what happens at the Richmond County Fair? 👀💡 We’re looking for kids of ALL AGES & Any county can join our Jr. Fair Board —a chance to share ideas, brainstorm new ways to make the fair even more fun, help with exciting projects, and actually have a voice in YOUR fair! 🎠🎉

✨ No big experience needed. Just bring your ideas and your enthusiasm!
📅 Meetings will be held roughly once a month
🎪 Come be part of the fun, meet other kids, and help us make the Richmond County Fair the BEST one yet!
