🦃 Well… word is officially getting around. 😂🌽

We had a whole gaggle of turkeys show up at West Blount Corn Maze today to inspect the corn.

Apparently they heard we’re opening October 3rd and decided to come by early and make sure everything was up to their standards. 😂

Good news: the inspection passed.
Bad news: they seem a little TOO interested in the corn. 👀🌽🦃

Y’all… even the wildlife is getting excited for maze season! 😂

🇺🇸 WE WILL NEVER FORGET. 🇺🇸

Twenty-five years ago today, our nation changed forever.

We remember the lives that were lost.
We honor the heroes who ran toward danger when others were running away.
We remember the firefighters, police officers, first responders, service members, and ordinary Americans who showed extraordinary courage.

And we remember what happened in the days that followed.

For a moment, we weren’t divided by our differences. We were simply Americans. We stood together. We prayed together. We flew our flags proudly. We helped our neighbors. We loved our country fiercely.

As this beautiful American flag flies over our little piece of Alabama today, we remember those who never made it home — and we are reminded just how precious the freedoms we enjoy truly are.

May we never forget September 11, 2001.
May we never forget the heroes.
May we never forget the lives lost.
And may we never forget what it means to stand together as one nation under God. 🇺🇸

🇺🇸 AMERICA THE BEAUTIFUL 🇺🇸

I’ve watched this video more times than I can count. It’s my favorite one and now we want to share it with you.

Maybe it’s seeing our little piece of Alabama from the sky. Maybe it’s seeing months of hard work finally coming together. Or maybe it’s hearing America the Beautiful playing while looking down at a field that we planted to honor the country we love.

Whatever it is… this one just feels different. ❤️🤍💙

This year, as America celebrates 250 years, we wanted our maze to mean something.

We wanted it to be a celebration of home.

Of small towns and family farms.
Of neighbors helping neighbors.
Of generations who worked the land before us.
Of the freedoms we sometimes take for granted.
And of the men and women who have sacrificed so much so the rest of us could live, work, raise our families, chase our dreams, and call this beautiful country home.

When we planted this field, it was just tiny seeds in Alabama soil.

And now we get to look down from the sky and see America staring back at us. 🇺🇸

We know our country isn’t perfect. But she is ours. And there is still so much goodness, beauty, kindness, faith and hope to be found from one small community to the next.

This October, thousands of footsteps will travel through these rows of corn. Families will laugh together. Children will make memories. Friends will gather. And for just a little while, we hope everyone who walks through this field remembers how blessed we are to call this place home.

America the Beautiful. 🇺🇸

May God continue to shed His grace on this land we love. ❤️🤍💙

🐴 HEY Y’ALL… FUDGE HERE!

I heard there’s been a lot of talk about me lately, so I figured I better come over here and introduce myself properly. 👀

Yep… I’m Fudge, the newest member of the West Blount Corn Maze crew!

I’ve been settling into my new home, meeting everybody, checking things out… and apparently learning that if I walk toward the goats, they all RUN. 😂 I’m not sure what their problem is. I think I’m pretty friendly.

But enough about them…

I hear October is kind of a BIG DEAL around here, and they tell me I’m going to get to meet a whole bunch of you!

So when you come to West Blount Corn Maze this fall, make sure you come find me and say hello. I’ll be waiting. ❤️

Our Birthday Party Package is $275 for up to 20 TOTAL guests — adults and children combined — and includes:
