AS WE MOVE INTO THE SOUTHEAST REGIONAL PLAYOFFS & CHAMPIONSHIPS...
We want to remind ALL parents, coaches, rostered staff, volunteers, and spectators that the Pop Warner Code of Conduct will be followed and enforced.
POP WARNER WAS BUILT DIFFERENTLY — AND WE ARE PROUD OF THAT!
Our foundation has always been, and will always be, ABOUT THE CHILDREN!
While others may focus on rankings, individual recognition, and even betting on youth sports, we believe children should be encouraged, not ranked, and supported, not pressured.
We are here to develop more than football players and cheerleaders. We are here to help develop young men and women who understand:
⭐ Respect ⭐ Responsibility ⭐ Teamwork ⭐ Sportsmanship ⭐ Character
⭐ Winning with humility and losing with dignity
We don't rank children. WE ENCOURAGE THEM!
We understand that Pop Warner may not be the right fit for everyone, AND THAT IS OKAY! There are many youth sports organizations, each with different philosophies.
But when you choose to be part of the Pop Warner family, you are choosing to be part of something bigger than a scoreboard, a trophy, or a championship title.
You are choosing an organization that believes CHILDREN COME FIRST.
THE CODE OF CONDUCT IS NOT OPTIONAL.
There will be no tolerance for bullying, intimidation, threats, profanity directed toward others, harassment, or unsportsmanlike behavior.
Coaches are here to coach. Officials are here to officiate. Parents and families are here to encourage and support.
Anyone who cannot follow the Pop Warner Code of Conduct may be asked to leave our events.
PLEASE REMEMBER THIS...
Not one of these children wakes up on game day planning to lose.
They show up excited, nervous, hopeful, and ready to give everything they have. Sometimes they win. Sometimes they fall short.
Our job as adults is to be there for them BOTH TIMES!
As we advance into Regional Playoffs and Championships, let's represent the Southeast Region with pride, class, kindness, and respect.
Championships are wonderful. Trophies are exciting. But the lessons these children carry with them long after their playing days are over are what truly matter.
THIS IS POP WARNER. WE ARE NOT HERE TO BUILD RANKINGS. WE ARE HERE TO BUILD CHARACTER.
WE ARE HERE FOR THE CHILDREN. ALWAYS HAVE BEEN. ALWAYS WILL BE.
