The Warrenton Hunt

Warrenton Hunt territory includes Fauquier, Culpeper and Rappahannock Counties since 1887. Fauquier and Culpeper Counties.

Generally wooded and open cattle and crop farms. Jumps are post and rail, coops and stone walls typical in size. Non-subscribers may contact one of the Joint Masters for permission to hunt as a guest with Warrenton Hunt. Checks payable to the Warrenton Hunt shall be given to the Honorary Secretary or one of the Field Secretaries upon arriving at the meet. Liability Release and Coggins test are req

uired. Guests may cap 3 times during the current season. Please contact: [email protected] for further information.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our trail ride at Brandy Station Battlefield led by S. B. Dunn - historian, stunt rider, actor and gentleman! It was a great day for a trail ride and learning the history. As always, thank you to our fabulous Warrenton Hunt volunteers, as well!

We had a great day at the 2026 Virginia Foxhound Show at Morven Park yesterday. We are so proud of our hounds for their great showing. Five of our juniors also represented us wonderfully. Thank you to all of the volunteers who make the show possible.

A huge thank you to all of our WH volunteers for a lovely “hounds and hydrangeas” tailgate and our fabulous supporters for making the day so fabulous!

We are looking forward to cheering on our hounds at the Virginia Hound Show this Sunday at Morven Park! We’re proud to watch some of our juniors in the Junior Handler Classes, as well.

We are looking forward to our 2nd annual golf tournament sponsored by Warrenton Toyota and Miller Toyota this Friday, May 8.
