🍂🌧️ Update — Fall Festival & Homeschool Day Closed, Monday, October 12th

With rain continuing throughout the night, the grounds won’t be in any shape by tomorrow morning for us to put our best foot forward — mud and a day on the farm don’t mix! We’re closing both the Fall Festival and Homeschool Day for Monday, October 12th only — the Fall Festival continues on its regular weekend schedule through November 1st.

We’ll be issuing refunds to all ticket holders for Monday, and if we see an opportunity to welcome our homeschool friends for a special day, we will reach out directly. Either way, a refund is on the way.

See you on a sunnier day soon! 🎃🍁

🍂🌧️ Weather Update — TODAY, Sunday, October 11th

We’re so disappointed to have to share this, but Maple Tree Farm will be CLOSED today as the remnants of Hurricane Isaias move through our area.

We know how much you were looking forward to a day on the farm, and trust us — we were too. It’s just no fun on the farm when it’s raining!

Ticket holders, watch your inbox — we’ll be emailing you shortly with your options.

We haven’t made the call yet on Monday, October 12th — we’re watching the forecast closely and will let you know as soon as we do. Stay tuned, and thank you for your patience! 🎃🍁

🍂🌧️ Maple Tree Farm VA CLOSED TODAY, Sunday, September 27th

We are so frustrated to have to say this, but Maple Tree Farm will be CLOSED today due to weather.

We're sitting right on the edge of the rain band from the coastal storm moving through, and the timing is about as bad as it gets — radar shows rain settling in around 11am and not clearing until about 2pm, with steady 13 mph winds the whole time. That's smack in the middle of prime Fall Festival hours, and there's just no safe way to run the corn maze, train rides, and all our outdoor fun in that.

We know how much you were looking forward to today. Believe us, so were we.

If you had tickets booked for today, you'll be automatically refunded — no need to reach out.

Here's the silver lining: we've still got 5 Saturdays and 4 Sundays left in October, and we'll be watching the forecast (fingers firmly crossed 🤞) for every single one of them. We can't wait to see you on the farm soon!
