Friendly reminder! We have our clean up day on Saturday starting at 10! Meet at the clubhouse (38 Pleasant St) so we can get ready for the season. Rain or shine! We do have some outdoor painting to do so we're hopeful the rain forecast is more cooperative than it looks right now.
There's a lot to do and we look forward to everyones help!

Thank you to Wareham's Mass Cultural Council for the funding provided for the Swifts playground summer magic show! And the Onset Bay Center for hosting the councils event.

We learned a lot about the various programs happening in Wareham through Onset Bay Center, the library, the council on aging, and many more. Be sure to check them all out. It's impossible to be bored in the 'ham.

Good morning! We're in our Organizing Era at the SBIA, especially with the new shed. Do you have some extra totes with lids in good condition you'd like to get rid of? We have our Volunteer Day coming up 🧹🧼🧽 and it would be great to get all of the event supplies, decorations, and general *stuff* all neat and tidy for another busy season!

Don't forget to check out our upcoming events. Membership packets and emails will also be going out soon. As a member, you get presale access and dibs to some events (like the breakfast), discounted craft fair table, voting rights, and access to hall rentals. Plus you help financially support the events and improvements to keep the traditions going.
Membership is $50/yr, must be a Swifts homeowner.

You DO NOT need to be a member to participate in the SBIA events! We hope to see you at Volunteer Day, Thirsty Thursdays, Kids Bingo, Karaoke, and on and on!

We have added the May events to our page. You can find them by navigating to this page from your feed and then clicking on "events". Don't worry, there are A LOT MORE to come during the 2026 season. We have Thirsty Thursdays, LCR, bingo, cookoff, meat raffles, ice cream, a magic show, arts and crafts, Halloween party, craft fair, breakfast, bocce, cribbage, parade...oh my. Oh and Karaoke- I ALMOST FORGOT! This is a new one that started last year and it is a hoot. There is so much happening at the Clubhouse, we hope to see everyone at the events. I'm sure I am missing something.
Membership info will go out soon. Any property owner in Swifts is eligible for membership which is $50/year and helps support operations and events. Members can vote in meetings and can rent the clubhouse for their own events as well as know they are helping to keep SBIA running.
