Winter Storage is filling up at the Auglaize County Fairgrounds! ❄️
We are now OVER HALFWAY FULL, but we are still accepting units for the 2026–2027 storage season.
If you have a camper, boat, trailer, vehicle, or other eligible unit you’d like to keep protected through the winter months, now is a great time to secure your space before availability gets tighter.
Storage runs from November 1 through March 1, and spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis with a completed contract and payment.
Please note: October drop-off and March pick-up may be flexible depending on unit size and available space. Larger units are more limited during those months, so availability cannot be guaranteed.

Harvest season is here, and we want to take a moment to recognize the farmers who help keep our community moving.
As an Agricultural Society, farming is at the very heart of who we are. Many of our Fair Board members are farmers themselves, and year after year we see firsthand the long hours, early mornings, late nights, unpredictable weather, hard decisions, and dedication that go into bringing in a harvest.
What happens in the fields reaches far beyond the farm. It helps feed families, supports local businesses, strengthens our economy, preserves generations of tradition, and continues the agricultural legacy that our Fair was built to celebrate.
So during this busy harvest season, we simply want to say thank you. Thank you to the farmers, farm families, ag businesses, truck drivers, equipment operators, and everyone working behind the scenes to bring another crop home safely. 🌽🍂
From all of us at the Auglaize County Fair, we appreciate what you do for our community every single day.
Wishing everyone a safe and successful harvest season. 🚜🌾🤎

Squeal finally remembered what he was supposed to be doing… 😂🐷🚀
He’s traded winter storage duty for parade prep, and he’ll be heading downtown for the Wapakoneta Halloween Parade on Thursday, October 22nd! 🎃🍂
This year, Squeal Farmstrong will be joining the Auglaize County Fair team, members of our Fair Royalty, and a few familiar four-legged friends as we celebrate fall, Halloween, and start giving Wapakoneta a little peek at what’s coming for our 175th Auglaize County Fair! ✨
Keep an eye out for Squeal along the parade route. He’ll be waving, posing for photos, and probably causing at least a little squealing along the way. 😂
A huge thank you to the Wapakoneta Area Chamber of Commerce for hosting this community tradition and giving everyone another reason to fill downtown with costumes, families, and fall fun. 🧡

Picture this… ✨

Soft lights glow overhead. Fabric drapes across the ceiling. Candles flicker along the tables while greenery, florals, and carefully chosen details turn the space into something entirely your own. Music begins to fill the room, guests settle into their seats, and the open floor that once looked like a show arena becomes the place where you share your first dance. 🤍

That is one of our favorite things about weddings at the Auglaize County Fairgrounds.

Our buildings may spend part of the year serving as livestock barns and event spaces, but with a little imagination, they become beautiful blank canvases for wedding receptions. From rustic and romantic to simple and elegant, the Piehl Arena and Junior Fair Building give you the space to bring your own vision to life.

So, when you look at the Fairgrounds, don’t just picture fair week.

Picture the lights.
Picture the tables.
Picture your colors, your flowers, your family and friends filling the room.
Picture your wedding here. 💍✨
