Thank you WCFD. WELCOME EVERYONE. This is an annual 4th of July event, too help raise money for our local Volunteer Fire Department. This fund raiser event has been a part of our small town community for over the past 30+ years. Along with the car show, our little town of Walton, IN celebrates Independence day with a large parade, food vendors and follows it all up with the town's fireworks celebr

ation at dark. So if you are wanting to have a great time, mark it on your calendar, and come and enjoy the day with us.

It comes with a very heavy heart, that I announce the passing of our beloved founder Judy Stroud.
Sunday afternoon July 27th, 2025, Judy was called home to the biggest car shows in the sky.
Judy, Bob, and the Stroud family, have been a part of our annual fundraiser for over 30 years.
We will truly miss Judy in the years to come. But the legacy in which you have started will live on forever.
R.I.H. Judy, you will truly be missed. ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

Ok boys and girls of all ages, the final count down has begun!..
So all you car, truck, motorcycle, tractor, big rigs, and anything with wheels enthusiast, the WCFD Car Show will begin. So push, pull, and or trailer, your ride in for some small town fun!

Also remember , this is a fund raiser for our local Volunteer Fire Department. 100% of the proceeds will go to help them out with yearly expenses.!.

The parade will begin at 2 pm, car show will start right after and the fireworks show will start at dark.
So pack the ride, grab the family and have some fun.
See you all tomorrow afternoon!

US 35 North of Galveston is shut down. There are 2 maps for you all to get here. One is from US 31 to US 218, and the other is a way through Galveston ( cars and trucks only. Trailers and large trucks will honestly Not Fit on this road!). Be safe and we hopefully will see you all tomorrow.

**** ATTENTION****
Due to bridge construction on US 35, the north side of Galveston. Those who drive from the south will have to take an alternate route to Walton. Best way would be to take US Highway 31 North to State road 218 West. This route will bring you in just a few blocks north of the fire department.
And all who are coming from the North, the barriers are just WARNING SIGNS, for the construction in Galveston, Indiana. So please do not let that fool you.

Just 2 weeks away. Hopefully Mother Nature is on our side this year. With her cancelling so of the biggest show around, we have had problems getting our fliers out there. So pass the word. Friday July 4th, Walton, Indiana. We hope to see everyone there. 😊 😊
