Last night was exactly why we do this.

Our Wonder Kids program continues to grow, and the field was packed with kids, coaches, encouragement, laughter, and plenty of obstacle crushing moments. Watching these young athletes push through challenges, build confidence, and support one another never gets old.

At Obstacle Wonderland, we’re not just teaching obstacles we’re helping kids learn resilience, teamwork, and the confidence to tackle hard things head on.

Thank you to all the families, coaches, and kids who continue to make this program so special.

If you’ve spent any time around Obstacle Wonderland or the local OCR scene, chances are you’ve run into John. He’s one of those people who’s always showing up, supporting events, cheering others on, and helping promote races wherever he goes.

More importantly, he’s just a genuinely great guy.

🐉❤️ Today, Obstacle Wonderland is proud to donate $500 to help support adaptive athlete Amy Haskell on her journey to climb Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest peak in Africa.

What makes Amy's story so inspiring isn't just the mountain she's climbing. It's the fact that she has spent nearly 18 years living with Multiple Sclerosis and refuses to let that diagnosis define what is possible. Through adaptive athletics, determination, and an unwavering belief that we are all more than our circumstances, she continues to push beyond limits that many would accept.

This donation is especially meaningful because it comes directly from the proceeds of Obstacle Wonderland's "Rise of the Obstacles" 100m Sprint, OCR endurance , and Kids events and from your generous purchases from Wonderland Maker Studio. Every signup , dragon, medal, fidget, and creation purchased helped make this possible.

So this isn't just a donation from Obstacle Wonderland it's a donation from our entire community.

Amy often says, "You are more than your diagnosis." We believe that. And we believe that when a community comes together, incredible things can happen.

Thank you to everyone who supported Rise of the Obstacles, visited Wonderland Maker Studio, volunteered, raced, donated, or simply believed in what we're building. Because of you, we're able to help someone chase a dream that many would consider impossible.

Congratulations to everyone who went out and did the damn thing this weekend at the Spartan event in Bethel, NY!
