All sponsorships and entry fees are tax deductible and help the Hand Up Fund connect challenged and disadvantaged youth in West Michigan with opportunities for success.

Race weekend starts Friday night with the Youth Triathlon at Millennium Park. It is a safe closed course and the loudest finish line. Families welcome, and cheering encouraged.

FYI: Today is the LAST DAY to request a refund if you are currently signed up, but can no longer race on July 25.

After today, you can still defer up to ONE WEEK ahead of race day. You will receive a race voucher worth 100% of the race entry dollars paid. Vouchers are valid for one year and can be used at any Tris4Health events.
