The Olympic run course is a 10 km out-and-back on all paved paths through Millennium Park.

Sprint Run Course Recon 👀

The sprint run is a nice and easy out and back 3.1-mile course through the paved trails in Millennium Park. There is one aid station on course that you hit twice.

Sprint/Olympic Bike Course Recon 👀

The sprint bike course will take you on an out-and-back 20km route, with a slight elevation gain at the halfway point. The course is open to traffic, so make sure to be mindful of vehicles. The Olympic distance will do the course twice.

Swim Course Recon 👀

The swim course will feature a time-trial start on the beach, based on distance. We let 2-3 athletes off at a time every 3-5 seconds.

The sprint course is a 700-meter loop and Olympic athletes will just do two loops before exiting back to the beach.
