We had the most parade entries we’ve seen in over five years, and it showed! A huge thank you to every business, organization, family, and individual who participated—you helped make this year’s parade one of the biggest and best yet.

From our hometown parade and park festivities to the spectacular Fireworks on the Bay, we’re proud to celebrate with everyone who calls Walker home—and all those who make it their Independence Day destination.

Jace’s design was selected for this year’s commemorative button, celebrating America’s 250th Anniversary of Independence. What an incredible honor and a fantastic representation of this historic milestone.

The Walker Lions are currently selling the commemorative buttons for $5 each, and they are going fast! Not only are they a great keepsake, but proceeds help support our community’s Fourth of July festivities and Walker Bay Live events.

Join us in downtown Walker for a day packed with hometown tradition, community spirit, and patriotic fun as we honor 250 years of American independence and 130 years of Walker history.
