Yesterday we had our semi annual Gould Community Association meeting held at the Moose Visitor’s Center. This was a great time seeing everyone and hearing updates by our local agencies: State Forest State Park, CPW, US Forestry Service, Colorado State Forestry, and other local players. A couple key issues were discussed. We approved the purchase of a new oven and microwave for the Community Building along with the appropriate electrical. We also discussed this years 37th Annual Ski Scramble. It was decided to postpone the scramble until next year (2023) due to Covid concerns and ability to put on a community event that includes a potluck and dance. An official statement will be released later. Thank you all for understanding.

36th Annual Ski Scramble is a wrap with 36 brave racers. Started with almost a foot of fresh snow on Cameron Pass and a high of 16 degrees but that didn’t stop these brave souls. What a great time!
