WOW WAKEENEY….what a great day yesterday at the 6th annual Buzzard Bash! From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU to everyone that makes this possible each year. The sponsors, the media, the patrons, the vendors, the 5k participants, the local businesses, the bands and musicians, the car show participants, the FAMILIES, the friends and the fun….you all are the reason this event keeps happening each year.
We didn’t let weather get us down either…Through the heat and then threat of storms in the evening, people continue to show us why this event needs to keep happening. YOU SHOW UP!

We have some statistics to share about the day in a later post, but for now, your 2026 Buzzard Bash Commitee will rest our tired bodies while we continue to always think of new ways to make It better for you each year.

Again, thank you for helping to make It a great day!
