The Historic Wakefield Barn

One of the most impactful design tools isn’t always what you add; it’s what you choose to emphasize.

Here, we leaned into the venue’s existing architecture and layered in elements that enhanced its natural character: florals​ climbing the staircase, foliage in the light fixtures, and rich drapery for depth and contrast.​ An existing ledge that lined the space was converted into intimate banquette seating with layered pillows.

Proof that transformation doesn’t always require changing everything. Sometimes it’s about knowing exactly what to enhance.
