Today was a great day volunteering at the Sunburst Races! 🏃‍♂️☀️

As a race director, runner, and Fleet Feet ambassador, it feels great to give back to the local running community. I saw lots of smiles, handed out plenty of high-fives, shared a few hugs, congratulated runners on their PRs, and even met some first-time runners taking on a new challenge.

Moments like these are what make our running community so special. Whether you’re volunteering, running, walking, or cheering from the sidelines, everyone plays a part in making race day memorable.

If you’re able, consider giving a little time to your local races. Even a few hours of volunteering can make a huge difference and help create an amazing experience for others.

Thank you to all the volunteers, runners, spectators, and race organizers who make these events possible! 🙌🏅
