Congratulations to Brian Meussner on his recent appointment as the new Brand President of Mr. Handyman!

Brian brings more than two decades of franchise operations and multi-unit leadership experience to the role. In his time as a Franchise Business Coach and Vice President of Operations at Mr. Handyman, he has led with a focus on culture, process optimization, and sustainable growth, earning the trust and respect of franchise owners across the network.

In this new role, Brian’s priority remains driving sustainable growth across the system and helping franchise owners strengthen unit-level economics. His focus will be on empowering owners to set meaningful goals, measure and improve core KPIs, and implement consistent routines that drive long-term sales and profitability growth.

It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of Theresa (Terry) Dwyer, beloved wife of Don Dwyer, who founded our company in 1981 (originally known as The Dwyer Group, now Neighborly).

Terry was matriarch to her family, including six children, 14 grandchildren, 18 (and counting) great-grandchildren, and many other family members, as well as the Neighborly family. Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Dwyer family during this difficult time.

Terry was a pillar of strength, kindness, and unwavering support—not only to her family, but for years, to the company that grew from her husband’s vision more than 40 years ago. Her warmth and generosity touched so many lives, and her legacy of love and dedication will always be remembered with fondness and gratitude.

Please join the Neighborly family in keeping the Dwyer family in your thoughts as we honor and remember a remarkable and cherished woman.
