Welcome back, Grand Assembly of Texas-International Order of the Rainbow for Girls!

The Waco Convention Center is honored to welcome this incredible organization back to Waco for another year of leadership, service, friendship, and personal growth.

For generations, the Grand Assembly of Texas Rainbow Girls has empowered young women across the state to build confidence, develop leadership skills, serve their communities, and discover that they truly can be anything.

We are grateful for the opportunity to host this longstanding tradition and look forward to a wonderful event filled with learning, connection, and celebration.

Last week, we were honored to welcome the State Firefighters’ and Fire Marshals’ Association of Texas (SFFMA) to the Waco Convention Center. 🚒🔥

For more than a century, SFFMA has supported volunteer firefighters, fire marshals, and emergency responders across Texas through training, education, leadership development, and advocacy. Their dedication helps keep communities safe in every corner of our state.

Thank you to the men and women who answer the call when their communities need them most. We appreciate the opportunity to host this incredible organization and celebrate the important work they do every day.

This week, we’re proud to welcome the 92nd Annual Tax Assessor-Collectors Association Conference to the Waco Convention Center!

Representing counties from across Texas, Tax Assessor-Collectors play a vital role in serving their communities through vehicle registration, property tax administration, voter registration, and other essential public services. Throughout the conference, attendees will participate in educational sessions, leadership development, networking opportunities, and discussions focused on strengthening county government operations across the state.

Thank you to the Tax Assessor-Collectors Association of Texas for choosing Waco as your host city. We’re honored to welcome these dedicated public servants and hope everyone enjoys a productive conference and a great stay in the Heart of Texas!

Some groups become more than clients—they become part of the Waco Convention Center family. ❤️

Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools (TAPPS) has been bringing their events to Waco for years, and every time they walk through our doors, they fill the building with energy, excitement, and purpose. From student competitions and championships to celebrating achievements and creating lifelong memories, it’s always a privilege to be a small part of what they do.

TAPPS Executive Director Bryan Bunselmeyer shared a little about TAPPS’ long history with the Waco Convention Center and why Waco has remained home to so many of their events over the years. Partnerships like this don’t happen overnight, and we’re grateful for the trust, friendship, and memories that have been built along the way.

To Bryan and the entire TAPPS community: thank you for continuing to choose Waco. We truly enjoy having you here and look forward to welcoming you back year after year.
