Texas Circuit Finals Youth Rodeo held in conjunction with the PRCA Texas Circuit Finals in Waco, Texas.

GENERAL INFORMATION
BIRTH CERTIFICATE MUST BE UPLOADED AT TIME OF ENTRY FOR YOUTH RODEO. WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABLITY MUST BE DIGITALLY SIGNED AT TIME OF ENTR
Y. ENTRY FEES - TIMED/SPEED EVENTS $60 per run
· Age is determined as of DATE OF COMPETITION - Age Groups: Pee-Wee - 9 & Under, Junior - 10-14, Senior - 15-19
· Enter & Pay online at www.tcfyr.com. No mail or walk up entries will be accepted except for Jr. American/American sidepots.
· Only acceptable draw out will be with a Doctor’s Release for CONTESTANT ONLY. NO OTHER MONEY REFUNDED FOR ANY OTHER DRAW OUTS, NO EXCEPTIONS.
· All timed event contestants can enter 2 times per event. If entering twice, your first entry will automatically be classified as your (A) run and will count towards all-around points. Team roping is not affected by this change. NOTICE: YOUR (A) RUN MAY FOLLOW YOUR (B) RUN DUE TO RANDOM DRAW
Pee Wee Boy & Girl Contestants must enter 3 events to be eligible for separate All-Around Prizes
· To qualify for All-Around you must participate in at least 3 events in that age group. Points in all events will be counted. No event will be dropped.

· Top 2 in each age group in Cloverleaf, Steer Wrestling, Breakaway, Team Roping, & Tiedown, will compete during the PRCA TX Circuit Finals Night Performance on the designated day of competition
· Top 2 in each age group in Poles, Goat Tying, Chute Dogging, Ribbon Roping will compete immediately following 1st go for a Winner Take All $500 Bonus. Event mush have 20 combined contestants to offer a shootout unless a designated event donor is in place. EVENT RULES

· Contestants are allowed only TWO (2) runs per event in their specific age group except team roping. Team roping is not affected by this change.
· Contestants entering Jr. American Patriot Qualifier in Tiedown, Breakaway, Steer Wrestling, Goat Tying & Team Roping MUST enter the appropriate Senior Age Group Event and will only be eligible for jackpot money if outside their specific age group. Championship Prizes, Shoot-out positions, and All-Around points WILL NOT be awarded if earned outside their specific age group/boy-girl classification.
· Contestants are allowed to “enter-up” in other events limited to one run per event/age group. Contestants “entering up” will only be eligible for jackpot money earned in events outside their specific age group. Championship Prizes, Shoot-out positions, and All-Around points WILL NOT be awarded if earned outside their specific age group/boy-girl classification.
· Cloverleaf Barrel Race Contestants entering Jr. Patriot Sidepot Qualifier may enter in their appropriate age group for the TCFYR but must enter and pay fees for the sidepot at Better Barrel Races Check their website for entry deadlines for the Jr. Patriot Sidepot as they are different from all other events.
· Cloverleaf Barrel Contestants may enter two times within their specific age group. Cloverleaf Barrel Race Contestants are allowed to “enter-up” in other age groups limited to two runs per event/age group. Championship Prizes, Shoot-out positions, and All-Around points WILL NOT be awarded if earned outside their specific age group/boy-girl classification.
· Team Roping Contestants can ENTER 2 TIMES within your age group - Once heading & once heeling, two times heading with different partner, or two times heeling with different partner.
· Team Roping Contestants MUST enter with a partner
· Team Roping Contestants entering Jr. Patriot Sidepot Qualifier MUST enter the appropriate Senior/Open Team Roping - 19 & Under Age Group Event and will only be eligible for jackpot money if outside their specific age group. Championship Prizes, Shoot-out positions, and All-Around points WILL NOT be awarded if earned outside their specific age group/boy-girl classification. (i.e. In order to earn all-around points and championship prizes in the Senior/Open Team Roping - both partners must be in the Senior Age Group. Otherwise contestants are competing for jackpot only.)
· Junior Team Roping Contestants can “ENTER-UP” 2 ADDITIONAL TIMES within Senior/Open Team Roping - 19 & Under Age Group - Once heading & once heeling, two times heading with different partner, or two times heeling with different partner Contestants “entering up” will only be eligible for jackpot money earned in events outside their specific age group. MIXED AGE GROUP TEAMS ARE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE SENIOR/OPEN TEAM ROPING - 19 & UNDER AGE GROUP
