An Important Update Regarding ATG Expo 2026
Dear ATG Expo Community,
Today, we have some difficult news to share.
After months of evaluating every possible option, we have made the decision to postpone ATG Expo 2026. The event will not take place on September 12–13 in Waco.
This decision was not made lightly.
Last year, circumstances outside of our control resulted in ATG Expo being once again moved from June to a September weekend that coincided with other major events in Waco and across Texas. As a result, hotel availability became extremely limited and lodging costs increased significantly for our attendees, exhibitors, and guests, and several factors combined to make it increasingly difficult to deliver the event experience we expect from ATG Expo.
Over the past several weeks, we explored every realistic alternative, including relocating within Waco or even moving the event to other cities. Unfortunately, no suitable venue was available that would allow us to host the event this year while maintaining the quality experience our community deserves.
Rather than present an event with fewer exhibitors, fewer attractions, and significant travel challenges for our guests, we believe postponing ATG Expo is the responsible decision.
This is not the outcome we wanted. For five years, Waco has been home to ATG Expo, and we're incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported us along the way. While this chapter is ending differently than we had hoped, we remain committed to bringing ATG Expo back stronger than ever.
