Based in Virginia Beach, J&A Racing offers nine events throughout the year as well as training programs to help you reach your goals. Founded by Jerry and Amy Frostick, J&A Racing brings you the Coastal Virginia Running Series, a series of seven road races ranging from a 5K to a Marathon positioned in the beautiful Hampton Roads area. History and natural beauty are combined to make Hampton Roads the perfect destination for any runner.

Love the Sentara Crawlin' Crab Half Marathon Weekend? This is your sign to get in on the action in a whole new way.

We're excited to launch a brand-new ambassador program focused on each of our race weekends—starting with the Sentara Crawlin' Crab Half Marathon Weekend, October 2–4.

As a Crawlin' Crab Ambassador, you'll help spread the excitement, connect with the running community, earn exclusive perks and represent one of Hampton Roads' favorite race weekends. We're looking for those superstars who will make a positive impact, inspire others and proudly represent the event.
