Attention all vendors❗️This post is for you. I am posting rules again as a reminder and this includes information regarding setup. It's alot of important information so please read everything.
-Due to the high flow of traffic Saturday morning, vendors are required to present Friday for booth assignments unless previously approved. Booths will be numbered accordingly and assigned to each vendor. You do not have to set everything up Friday, just need to come out and check in at least so you know where you will be.
-You must stop and check in at the tan house before setting up. I have a sign up to remind everyone to stop and check in. Please drive up to the house and I will meet you out there. Please bear with me as there is only one of me and sometimes there are multiple people checking in at the same time. You will receive your booth assignments at that time.
-Staff will be present Friday beginning at 10am so you can show up at that time or any time after to check in. Set up will be Friday, November 8th (10am on) and Saturday, November 9th (until 8:30am)
-No vendor will be allowed to set up until full payment is received
-No refunds will be given after submission of contract
-Vendors are responsible for their own displays. Displays may not extend outside the assigned booth. Large displays will require an additional booth fee
-Vendors are responsible for supplying tables, shelter, and chairs; they will not be provided
-All vehicles must be out of the show area by 830am Saturday morning.
-All booths are to remain set up for the entire duration of the fair. Take down does not begin until 3pm. Any vendor who leaves early, will be asked to not return for future events
-There will be limited overnight security
-Please assist in keeping booth area clean and do not leave any trash after show has ended
