Spared from the wrecking ball in 2014 and nominated to the National Registry of Historic Places, the Vicksburg Mill is ready to hum again. Envision a campus- home to multiple breweries, barley malting and hops processing facilities, a local producers marketplace, light manufacturing and necessary support services to aid our tenants in the pursuit of their dreams.

Smiles, good times, and competitive spirits all met here to create enough memories to last a lifetime. 🎳

Our next retro design honors Lakeway Lanes. Once standing on the corner of Sprinkle and V Ave, Lakeway Lanes was built in 1950 as a place for the community to gather, play, and make memories together. For 13 good years, the lanes welcomed bowlers through their doors before disaster struck with an explosion on January 10, 1963.

Those 13 years left behind plenty of good stories, familiar faces, and memories worth holding onto. ✨
