BIG UPDATE: We will be starting/finishing from Vian Lake parking lot instead of the Community Building at Armstrong Park. Here’s why. The Vian Fireworks show has added a concert at the amphitheater this year with some vendors as well. In the best interest of the community as a whole, we have relocated to free up more parking and avoid running/walking in congested areas. This means we have a whole new race course! 😃 20% asphalt, 80% dirt single track, 100% great times. Those doing 5k and 10k should have trike to get over to the the fireworks show. I think the concert lasts until around 8:30. So you may have time to catch part of that too. Fast half marathoners should be able to catch the fireworks show. Those who are taking their time on half may be able to catch a flaps through the trees on parts of the course.

Thanks to fellow Vian High School grad Mike Randolph at Laser Stitch for turning out these trophies and Travis at M&S Screen Printing in Gore for collaborating with us on the design.
