Our first ever 100% in-house single barrel release, aged in a used Old Fitz barrel and named after Clarence Middleton, a hardened outlaw whose story ended in a final shootout on the Sebastian River Bridge. This one drinks like a soft Speyside-style scotch. It's fruity, delicate, with little to no smoke.
