A local like no other. A little about our namesake...

There’s a history of this space being somewhere people passed through, gathered, and connected along the way. Palomino felt like a name that could carry that forward, a place where people come together, whether they’re local or just passing through, and leave with a story.

Join us on Friday, June 19, for an unforgettable evening celebrating Koval Whiskey with a thoughtfully curated four-course tasting dinner at Palomino.

The night begins with a sparkling spritzer and passed appetizer before guests settle in for a guided tasting experience. Each seasonal course is paired with a distinct Koval pour, from rye alongside shaved fennel and apricot salad to bourbon paired with pan-seared halibut.

Doors open at 5:30 PM, with dinner beginning at 6:00 PM.

Gather around the table, savor exceptional pairings, and raise a glass to good company, great whiskey, and the start of summer.

Yesterday marked such a special milestone as we officially cut the ribbon and celebrated Palomino becoming part of the beautiful Ventura community 🤍

While the ribbon cutting was a memorable moment, what truly built this space was the vision, passion, planning meetings, creativity, and incredible teamwork behind the scenes. Every detail was created with the hope of bringing people together in a meaningful way.

Seeing you gather on our patio, celebrate life’s biggest moments here, and share Palomino with your friends and family means more than we can express.
