Wow! ๐ What an incredible day at Bandergrift ๐
Yesterday was nothing short of amazing, and it truly takes a village to pull something like this off. We are beyond grateful to everyone who showed up, stepped up, and made it happen when we ran into some snags in the beginning.
A massive thank you to all of our **talented bands** who brought the energy and kept the crowd going all day long โ you are the heartbeat of this event. ๐ถ
To our incredible **volunteers** โ you are the unsung heroes. None of this works without your time, your hustle, and your heart. Thank you.
To all of our **vendors** who came out and made the atmosphere so special โ thank you for being part of the community we're building together.
Now, a few people deserve an extra special shoutoutโฆ
๐ Flipside Louie and Gregory Shotts โ when we hit some technical difficulties and things were looking shaky, these two didn't hesitate. They stepped in, saved the day, and kept the show rolling. That kind of support means everything to us and we won't forget it.
Another special thank you to John Trygar for donating a sound board for us to use when our sound guy's quit working!
๐ And then there's Steve Potoka โ already in the middle of getting his Hot Ash Wood Fired Pizza truck ready for the day, Steve somehow found time to head over to the Vandergrift Pool to help them troubleshoot an issue with their fryer. That's just the kind of person he is. Steve, you are one of a kind and this community is lucky to have you.
And let's not forget our super awesome logo made for us by Trevor Burd of Burdhouse Creations! We love it so much.
Jamie Robertson of Jamie's Sweets & Such, THANK YOU for making the delicious Bandergrift cookies and donating half the proceeds to the cause!
Days like yesterday remind us why we do this. It's about the people โ the ones who show up, dig in, and give more than is asked of them.
See you next time! ๐
