9/21/2026: ALL BOIL ORDERS FOR THE CITY OF VANDALIA HAVE BEEN LIFTED!

EDITED 9/20/26: The city wide boil order has been lifted. HOWEVER, there is still one in effect for Jefferson Street from 5th to Riverview and 2nd street from Jefferson and North until further notice.

Due to ongoing work associated with a water main replacement project, the City of Vandalia is issuing a citywide boil order for all City of Vandalia water users.

We understand the inconvenience this may cause to our residents and businesses. However, the health and safety of every resident and visitor to our community remains our highest priority.

Additional information regarding the boil order and when it has been lifted will be provided as soon as it becomes available.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
