I say this year-after-year, and still it isn't spoken enough...your compassion and your unselfish desire to help others has not gone unnoticed! When you walk into your Clients' homes, you don't just "go to work," you make a positive difference in someone's life EVERY SINGLE DAY. You place smiles on their faces, bring joy to their hearts, fill emptiness with love and compassion, and bring hope to their futures. I know you don't look for praise, nor are you expecting accolades for the work you do, day-in and day-out. You put in the work, sometimes challenging our own morals and values in the process, pushing to be the best versions of ourselves so our clients can have healthy, strong, and unselfish staff to model themselves after.
Not everyone can work in this industry. Not everyone possesses the attributes to be successful at this work. You all have dedicated yourselves to this work and strive to become better at it every day. The barometer for success is not how others perceive the care we give to the ones we serve, but whether or not it is good enough for our own loved ones.
Today, Our Administrative Staff and Managers have a day off with pay and DSPs working will enjoy pay at time-and-a-half.
