Apple Festival - Van Wert County, Ohio The Van Wert County, Ohio, Apple Festival is held annually in mid-October on a Friday and Saturday. Parking and entry to the Festival are free!

The 39th will be October 16 & 17, 2026, at the Van Wert County Fairgrounds. This is an annual event, held on a Friday and Saturday in October each year. Friday hours are 11 am to 9 pm. Saturday hours are 9 am to 5 pm. The 2025 is October 17 and October 18

Applications for Craft Booth Vendors have been mailed out for all last year vendors. Deadline to return applications for previous year vendors are JULY 1st, 2026.

* After July 25th any booth open will be 1st come 1st serve basis.

* No New Craft applications will be sent out before July 25th.
