🏁 PARTNER WITH US. BUILD SOMETHING BIGGER. 🏁
Hello,
My name is Charles Bentley with CB Productions, and I’m reaching out to invite your business to become a sponsor of the first-ever Hoosier’s Full Throttle Throwdown, taking place on Saturday, November 28th at Merit Park in Dardanelle, Arkansas.
This isn’t just another event—it’s the start of something special for our community.
Hoosier’s Full Throttle Throwdown is bringing together everything people love into one unforgettable day:
🏎️ Car Show
🤼 Live Professional Wrestling
🛍️ Vendor & Trade Show
🍔 Food & Drinks
👨👩👧👦 Family-Friendly Entertainment
Our vision is to create an annual event that not only entertains but also shines a spotlight on the incredible local businesses that make our community strong.
Why Become a Sponsor?
When you sponsor Hoosier’s Full Throttle Throwdown, you’re doing more than advertising your business—you’re investing in a community event designed to bring families together while putting your business in front of hundreds of potential customers from Dardanelle, Russellville, the River Valley, and surrounding areas.
As a sponsor, your business can receive:
✔️ Recognition on event flyers, banners, and promotional materials
✔️ Social media promotion before, during, and after the event
✔️ Live recognition throughout the event
✔️ On-site business exposure
✔️ The opportunity to connect directly with attendees and other local businesses
No matter the size of your business, we have sponsorship opportunities designed to fit your marketing goals and budget.
Be a Founding Sponsor
Every great tradition starts somewhere.
We’re looking for businesses that want to be part of the very first Hoosier’s Full Throttle Throwdown and help create an event our community can be proud of for years to come. Your support will help us provide an exciting, family-friendly experience while strengthening local businesses and community connections.
We would be honored to have your business stand alongside us as one of our founding sponsors.
If you’re interested in learning more or would like to receive our sponsorship packages, I’d love the opportunity to meet with you and discuss how we can promote your business.
Thank you for your time, your consideration, and for supporting our local community. Together, we can build something truly unforgettable.
