Valdez Fly-In & Air Show http://www.valdezflyin.com The 2027 Fly In will be held May 21st-23rd! Please message us with any questions. The Valdez Fly In for 2022 will be May 13-15th.

We have the world famous STOL competition, Beach landing, balloon bust, flower bombing and pilot round tables. Enjoy camaraderie with your fellow pilots. There is a wide array of events for the whole family.

Before Valdez became one of the biggest names in STOL, there was a story most pilots don’t know.

For the Sept/Oct issue of Plane+Pilot magazine, I wrote an article about how the event started, how it evolved, and how Valdez, Alaska hosts the most recognized STOL event in aviation.
