Fun for all at the 2022 Winter Mountain Games Vail 🎶

Fans braved the cold this year to see artists like Galactic, Moon Taxi, JoJo Hermann and more perform at the Solaris Plaza in the Vail Village.

Stay tuned for the summer edition of Mountains of Music being released soon for the GoPro Mountain Games, happening in Vail June 7-12.

The Middaugh name strikes again, and this time it’s a trifecta! The name Josiah Middaugh has been synonymous with Mountain Games excellence for more than a decade. This year, we found Josiah accompanied by his two sons, Sullivan and Porter, sweeping the Winter Mountain Game events.

We can't believe it's already been two weeks since the return of the Winter Mountain Games ...

One thing we can believe? Summer is right around the corner, and you know what kicks off summer in Vail? The GoPro Mountain Games! Where one season ends, another one begins, and has ALL the activities! Visit mountaingames.com to get your weekend plans in order for June 7-12.

The return of this year’s Winter Mountain Games was one for the books. From set up to tear down, the return of athletes to the village amongst the white fluffy backdrop brought an amazing energy to the snowy mountain town.

Taking center stage at this year’s Mountain Games was the premier event of Ski Mountaineering. Check out the link in our bio for a weekend recap, and get excited for one of the fastest-growing sports in the country to take a seat at the 2026 Winter Olympics!
