Owensboro Air Show was so fun with the hubs! Now if we would have thought about it we could have taken this picture with the planes in the background. However if your ready to drop to your knee they are doing another show today and this would be epic just saying imagine getting proposed to with this as your background.

What an amazing way to spend the afternoon!

The Owensboro Air Show 2026 is officially in the books, and what a show it was! We were blessed with beautiful weather and got to watch some incredibly talented flyers put on an unforgettable performance. The speed, the tricks, the precision, and the excitement had us looking up and smiling all afternoon!
But honestly, one of my favorite parts was simply being there with my husband. We took the afternoon to slow down, relax, enjoy the beautiful day, and take it all in together.

Sometimes it’s the simple moments and the memories made along the way that mean the most.
So glad we took the time to go. It was an afternoon we won’t soon forget!

Until next year, Owensboro Air Show! We’ll be looking up!

Blind Date #38 here at Hilton Farms!
This one was definitely a first for us! Our very first couple was matched who had actually met each other during a previous dating experience.
At first, I was shocked, but after they explained their first double-date experience, I asked if they wanted to continue with this experience, and they both said YES!
Not only did they get the opportunity to reconnect here at Hilton Farms, but they also took the time to sit down and talk one-on-one. In fact, they stayed for at least an hour after their photoshoot, chatting, watching the other couples come through, and getting to know each other a little more.
I've always been nervous about matching a couple who already knew each other from a previous relationship or dating experience. But this couple completely owned it!
Hopefully, this time around they’ll truly take the opportunity to get to know one another instead of it being just one date and then ghosting, because, let's be honest, we've all seen that happen way too often!
Whatever the future holds, we are wishing this couple nothing but the very best! May they continue to grow, communicate, and see where this new chapter takes them.
Here’s to second chances, unexpected connections, and hopefully finding something real!

Prove you’re a wedding menu owner without actually saying, “I’m a wedding menu owner.”

Believe it or not, ALL of these packages showed up at 9:30 p.m. And my husband goes, “This is all ours?”

Meanwhile, the mail carrier opens the hatch of his minivan… and it is PACKED with packages. Just for me.

So exciting getting new stuff, even though I’m the one who ordered all of it!

And just because we may not have exactly what you’re looking for in stock doesn’t mean we can’t get it!

MEN 45–65 THIS POST IS FOR YOU.

I have been going through the women’s applications for the Blind Date Photoshoot Experience, and I have a problem.

I have 26 women between the ages of 50 and 60 who have applied, and I currently have very few men in their age range to match them with.

And honestly? After looking through just the first 10 applications, I can already tell you these women are NOT all looking for the same thing.

Here are just some of the hobbies and interests I am seeing:

Throwing darts.
Horror movies.
Anything outdoors.
Camping.
Fishing.
Driving country roads.
Hiking.
Boating.
The beach.
Motorcycles.
DIY paint projects.
Diamond painting.
Reading.
Going to the gym.
Antique shopping.
Flea markets.
Road trips.
Sports.
Wineries.
Music.
Concerts.
Baking.
Cruises.

And that is literally just from the first 10 applications I glanced through.

I have 26 women in the 50–60 age range alone.

So if you are a man somewhere around 45–65, there is a very good chance you could fit into this group.

I also have 6 women between 60–70 and one woman who is 74 who are looking for someone to potentially connect with.

Think about that.

You are literally just a few questions away from potentially being matched with someone right here in our area who enjoys the same things you do.

Someone who likes getting outdoors.
Someone who enjoys fishing.
Someone who wants to travel.
Someone who loves music and concerts.

Bridal Table Tip: Keep Your Florals Low

When designing your bridal table, don’t be afraid to go elaborate with your décor, but keep your florals lower and closer to the table.

Why?
Your guests want to see YOU! Tall or oversized floral arrangements can create a visual barrier between the couple and their guests.
You can still make a statement. Use lush, abundant florals that flow along the table rather than towering above it.

Better photos. Low arrangements keep your faces visible and create a beautiful, unobstructed backdrop for photos.

More connection. Your bridal table is where you’ll interact with your guests throughout the celebration. Keeping the décor low makes the space feel more open, welcoming, and connected.

Think luxurious and abundant, not obstructive. Your florals should frame the couple, not hide them.
