For anyone still needing to purchase their Agricultural Society membership. The Fair Office will be open the following days;

Friday, Oct 9: 9am-12pm

Sunday, Oct 11: 9am-11am

Wednesday, Oct 14: 5pm-8pm

Memberships must be purchased by October 15 to be eligible to vote in the November 14 election

Per Article III, Section 2:

All memberships will be issued in the name of an individual. No person shall pay for or secure more than one membership, and the membership shall be for himself. Only those persons who shall be considered members have the right to vote at the annual election or hold office.

2026/2027 Champaign Co JR Fairboard applications are available now.
They were sent out in the 4H news letter from extension yesterday as well as to area FFA teachers. You can also contact us at [email protected] and we can email it to you.

Check Pick-Up Days Ahead! Skip the wait and pick up your Junior Fair premium sale check! Exhibitors and/or their parent/guardian listed in FairEntry can pick up sale checks at the Fair Secretary’s Office. This applies to all sale participants, including rabbits, horses, and dairy cows.

📅 Wednesday, Sept. 9 — 6:00-8:00 PM
📅 Saturday, Sept 12 — 9:00-11:00 AM
📅 Sunday, Sept 13 — 6:00-8:00 PM

Checks must be signed out. Any checks remaining Sunday evening at 8 pm will be mailed the week of September 14.
