Entry Fee: $25 per Class/Event
Events: Barrels • Bow Tie • Poles
Location: Webster County Fairgrounds
* Registration & Riders Meeting: 4:15 PM (Mandatory)
* Competition Begins: 5:00 PM
🚨 LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE OF CLAIMS 🚨
By signing below, the participant acknowledges that participation in the Webster County Fair ATV Rodeo is voluntary and involves inherent risks, including but not limited to bodily injury, permanent disability, death, property damage, and other unforeseen hazards associated with motorsports activities.
The participant agrees to assume full responsibility for any injury, damage, loss, or expense that may result from participation in this event.
The participant further releases, waives, and discharges the Webster County Fair, Fair Board Members, event sponsors, volunteers, employees, officials, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in the ATV Rodeo, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
If the participant is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign this waiver and assumes full responsibility for the minor participant.
The participant also agrees to comply with all event rules, safety requirements, and directions given by event officials. Failure to follow rules or instructions may result in disqualification without refund.
🦺 SAFETY & ELIGIBILITY RULES 🦺
1. No participant under the age of 5 will be permitted to compete.
2. All participants under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian present at registration/check-in.
3. All riders must wear a DOT-approved helmet at all times while operating a vehicle.
4. Boots that support the ankle are required. Riding or racing boots are strongly recommended.
5. Safety goggles or protective eyewear are required.
6. No alcohol or drugs are permitted on the fairgrounds. Any participant appearing impaired will be immediately disqualified and removed from the premises.
7. ATV Rodeo officials reserve the right to inspect any vehicle at any time.
8. No paddles, chains, spikes, studded tires, nitrous oxide, or nitro methane will be permitted.
9. Riders may enter multiple classes or events when eligible.
10. Officials reserve the right to place participants in the class deemed most appropriate for fair competition.
11. All riders must be dressed in longsleeve and pants to compete
🛞 RIDER CONDUCT & TRACK RULES 🛞
1. Riders must conduct themselves respectfully toward officials, spectators, and fellow participants at all times.
2. Reckless operation or unsafe riding may result in immediate disqualification.
3. Riding is permitted only in designated areas and during approved event activities.
4. Absolutely no pit riding will be permitted.
5. Speed limit in pit and staging areas is 5–10 MPH.
6. All riders must attend the mandatory riders meeting before competition begins.
7. Helmets must remain securely fastened while operating any vehicle.
8. Riders must remain on their vehicle during a timed run unless instructed otherwise by an official. Dismounting the vehicle will terminate the run.
9. No burnouts will be permitted in the pits or staging areas.
10. After completing a run, riders must immediately exit the track and return to the designated pit area.
11. Once a rider enters the staging lane, there will be no exiting except by official instruction.
12. Timing begins and ends at the designated start/finish line.
13. Knocking over a cone or barrel will result in a time penalty determined by officials.
14. Failure to follow official instructions may result in penalties or disqualification.
15. The Webster County Fair reserves the right to combine or modify classes as needed based on participation levels.
16. Unsportsmanlike conduct, profanity, or disruptive behavior by participants or spectators will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the grounds without refund.
💯 EVENT FORMAT & SCORING 💯
Barrel Race / Bow Tie / Poles
Contestants will navigate the course in the pattern designated by event officials. Course patterns will be posted onsite prior to competition.
* Riders must follow the official course pattern exactly.
* Failure to complete the correct pattern will result in disqualification.
* A time penalty will be assessed for each cone or barrel knocked over.
* Timing stops once the contestant successfully completes the course and crosses the finish line.

1. 90cc and Under
2. Up to 300cc (14 & Under)
3. Ages 15–19
4. Ages 20+
ATV Sport Classes
1. Under 400cc
2. 401cc–499cc
3. 500cc+
Utility ATV Class
* All Sizes (4-point harness required)
Dirt Bike Classes
1. 100cc and Under
2. Up to 250cc
3. Over 250cc

I have read and fully understand the rules, regulations, and liability waiver listed above. I voluntarily agree to participate in the Webster County Fair ATV Rodeo and agree to follow all event rules and official instructions.
Please reach out to our page for a copy of the waiver or to sign up for the event! All physical paperwork can be done day of during registration! You do not have to be signed up to participate. You must be at the riders 🚨 mandatory 🚨 meeting at 4:15 to participate and have appropriate gear.
