On Thanksgiving morning don't forget to burn some calories, catch up with the neighbors, help the community and go home with a great looking t-shirt (and more). That's right please come to the Upper Saddle River 5k Run which has been officially certified and sanctioned by the USATF (500 points and a $3 discount for USATF members). Once again, thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, the Upper Sa

ddle River Rec Commission which promises another stellar event. We expect The usual highly-competitive individual and family competitions, plus we will be providing top-notch awards, a complimentary t-shirt, visor and a super spread of post-race refreshments. Registration and pick of t-shirt, visor and race number may be done in person on race eve from 7:00pm-9:00pm, Wednesday November 24, 2021 at Cavallini School, gymnasium, Upper Saddle River, NJ. DISCOUNT FOR GROUPS that register 50 or more runners: There will be a $5 discount per runner. A check will be given to the group leader after the race, which can then be distributed to the runners.

The 25th Anniversary of USR 5K is happening this coming Thanksgiving! We expect 2,500 participants and raise money for the vital services and community groups such as USR Volunteer Fire, USR Volunteer Ambulance, Scouts, D.A.R.E. and West Bergen Mental Health Program, USR Education Foundation, Social Discovery Autism and Center for Food Action, Mahwah.



Run, Walk the dog, push a stroller. Just be a part of the biggest community event we have. Doing what we can to ensure great weather.
