I am so tired of DEMOCRATS and REPUBLICANS. Neither group has African in America in their thoughts. The events of the past weeks from COVID to George Floyd has been hijacked to become a political battle of who did what and the American people have been suckered into playing the blame game with them, while nothing gets better. I AM TIRED. I don't care if you are black, white, blue, yellow, red. purple or whatever. When can we begin to talk about the real solutions. They are keeping our eye of the ball. One thing I do agree with Candace Owens about is that the media is biased and I am tired of seeing pictures of racist people acting racist. How does that help? For all my years on this earth, I have experienced racism first hand from police and civilians and I know it is not going to change the feelings and emotions of the people because there is visual evidence of the racism. The sad part is that the racist individuals are in the same position we are in. The rich and powerful could care less about race. The only color they see is green and will use whomever they must to get it. The sad part is that poor and working class people of color and whites should be on the same team, but America as an institution has created the divide because it fits their interest. Everybody talks about needing more money. The small group of Americans that control the majority of the wealth realize that if people stopped focusing on race and realized that they should be on the same team, they would be outnumbered and would lose. So they pay people to stand up for issues on different sides, and they pay the media to highlight certain issues and to bury others and we seat here eating it up. I love my people. I fought to get my education so I could help my people. But when do the members of our community realize that your socio-economic status could help change things. Many people give back but it is not focused enough to help. We need planned communities with a mixture of socio-economic groups in it. That means business owners next to workers next to students, next professional and so on. Tulsa Oklahoma in the 1920's gives us the blue print. And to all those people who say "that would be segregation", the reality is that we are already segregated. Just because there is one street of black people in a surburban town does not mean that is desegregated. I am going to stop here because what I am saying is not new. I am down for the discussion if you want to really start the plan
