Transformation doesn’t mean finished—and neither does leadership.

Join us for our September Women’s Professional Networking Group featuring Gina Melendez, CEO of Hudson Lock, for a conversation about what meaningful transformation really looks like.

Gina will share her perspective on questioning the way things have always been done, building the right team, getting closer to the work, and recognizing that real change rarely happens overnight.

Come for an inspiring conversation, stay for the connections, and leave with ideas you can bring back to your own career or organization.

It is with profound sadness that we share the unexpected passing of Tom DeFeudis, Vice Chair of the Marlborough Regional Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, MRCC Ambassador, and Managing Partner of Fuse Energy.

Tom was a dedicated leader, passionate advocate, and treasured friend to so many throughout our business community. His larger-than-life personality, booming laugh, generous spirit, and genuine care for others left a lasting impression wherever he went.

Tom believed deeply in service and in the power of bringing people together. He gave freely of his time, energy, and support, and our Chamber is stronger because of his leadership and commitment.

We extend our deepest condolences to Tom’s wife, Eva; his daughter, Danielle; his stepchildren; and all of his family, friends, colleagues, and loved ones. His absence will be felt profoundly, but the impact he made will not be forgotten.

Please keep Tom’s loved ones in your thoughts during this incredibly difficult time. His obituary and service information can be found at this link: https://bit.ly/4dNtmNI
