The sequence of movements, alternating techniques and “fusion” of modalities is very specific and intentional when it comes to releasing the restrictions in the tissue, muscles and opening the pathways for fluids to flow throughout the face, neck and décolleté.

🍎 NEW YORK FIVE BORO BIKE TOUR 2026

Another ride, another 45+ miles through Manhattan’s five boroughs.

The biggest challenge this year was the WIND! Wherever we were headed, it was sure to be going in the opposite direction or hitting you from the side in an attempt to “huff and puff” and blow your bike over, but WE DID IT!

The history of Bike New York begins with the Five Boro Bike Tour, which started as an audacious plan to take a group of high schoolers on a ride across New York City.

Beginning in 1977, the American Youth Hostels and the NYC Board of Education initiated a high school training program that culminated in a challenge: 50 participating students were asked to pedal through all five boroughs in a single day. It was the first Five Boro Bike Tour, then known as the Five Boro Challenge, and it began with 250 total riders. Every year since, on the first Sunday in May, we welcome 32,000 cyclists from every state in the nation and more than 60 countries around the world to NYC for an experience of the Big Apple unlike any other.

Paris April 2026 just the beginning….

Every minute from sunrise to sunset was filled with different people and places, and every night I went to bed with my heart full of gratitude and excitement for the next day.

Thank you to everyone who made this trip possible and the generous amount of love we received.

It was a wild 10-days…

For 32-years I’ve been on the road traveling and training and forging friendships that have become my lifeline. Thousands of tiny threads woven together to create the fabric that has built our small business and become of the foundation of my life.

I’m really bad at posting, but going to do my best to share more moments and the people and places who means so much. Not just from this trip, but those that have passed without the recognition. I’m often focused on what’s next, with little time to reflect, but this trip reminded me of the beauty in all the moments that led us here.

Stress and tension is a common denominator that almost all my clients share and, the reason I always start EVERY treatment with the Thai Herbal Poultice Facial Massage.

The heat + the herbs and specialized techniques release tension, warm the tissue to create mobility and support the metabolic processes for vitality and optimal function.

Tight tissue doesn’t receive fluids well, so it’s important to relax and open the tissue space prior to lymphatic drainage or attempts to lift and sculpt for long-term change.
