Next up on our staff announcements…Ryleigh Richard🎉 Ryleigh Richard is from Groton, Massachusetts, and is a proud third-generation baton twirler who began twirling at just three years old.

She is a Feature Twirler and member of the Golden Buffaloes Marching Band at The University of Colorado Boulder — SKO BUFFS! Ryleigh is currently a freshman majoring in Cellular, Molecular, and Developmental Biology with plans to attend dental school.

Ryleigh has earned numerous state and regional titles in solo, strut, and rhythmic twirl, as well as numerous Miss Majorette of the Northeast and Miss Majorette of Massachusetts titles.

When she is not studying, performing, or practicing, Ryleigh loves exploring beautiful Colorado and spending as much time as possible with her rescue blue-tick coonhound, Dublin.

Ryleigh looks forward to sharing her passion for baton twirling with the next generation of twirlers throughout the Northeast!

Next member of our staff this summer…Aidyn Mentry!🥳 Aidyn is a Richmond, VA native now based in New York City. A proud graduate of the University of Texas at Austin 🤘🏼, Aidyn served as the Longhorn Feature Twirler for all four years, representing UT on and off the field while performing on some of the biggest stages in sports and entertainment—including Vogue, Netflix’s Drive to Survive, two College Football Playoffs, NFL halftimes, and the CMT Awards.

Throughout her competitive career, Aidyn earned top national and international honors, including an IBTF Bronze Medal in Artistic Twirl (Turin, Italy, 2025), World Open and National Three Baton Champion titles, CMMOA Modeling & Interview Winner, USTA and NBTA Top 10 Finalist placements, College Miss Majorette of the Southwest, and over 30 state and regional titles.

Aidyn graduated in May with degrees in Advertising and Media & Entertainment Studies and experience as a student researcher and statistical analyst. She now works in music industry marketing at iHeartRadio by day, while coaching twirlers around the world by night.

Coaching since the age of 15, Aidyn brings a unique, movement-based approach influenced by her background in dance, cheerleading, contortion, acro, and gymnastics. Her favorite areas to teach include multiple baton, field twirling, and artistic/rhythmic styles.

When she’s not working or coaching, Aidyn can be found rhinestoning costumes (check out The Blingery 😉), exploring NYC with friends, sipping Diet Dr. Pepper, eating peanut butter cups, and hanging out with her rescue pitbull, Tater 🐶.
